Ingredients:
- Kagome Crushed Tomatoes 400 gms
- Cooked Onion Paste 100 gms
- Khova 15 gms
- Sugar 5 -7 gms
- Cashew paste 40 gms
- Garlic Ginger 25 gms
- Kashmiri Red Chilli 2 nos.
- Green Chilli – 1 no.
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Jeera Powder 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Butter 70 gms
- Paneer 400 gms
- Dry fruit mix 20 gms
- Sliced Onion and Green Capsicum 100 gms
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Fresh Coriander 5 gms
- Green Cardamom 2 nos
- Kasuri methi 2 pinch
- Cream 120 gms
Instructions:
- Cook Kagome Crushed Tomatoes, onion paste, cashew nuts, khova, green chilli, red chilli, and garlic for 45-50 mins.
- Once the Kagome Crushed Tomatoes are cooked well, blend till the mixture is smooth and cook further with a tadka of the rest of the dry powders and dry fruit mix.
- Add sugar, paneer and cook further.
- Finish the gravy with butter, cream and kasuri methi and garnish with fresh coriander.
