Vegetable Kadhai Paneer

Serves: 4-5nos

Ingredients:

  • Crushed Tomatoes 230 gms
  • Oil for cooking
  • Tomato Puree 120 gms
  • Khova 15 gms
  • Sugar 10 gms
  • Cashew / Magaj paste 80 gms
  • Whole Spice Mix 10 gms
  • Garlic / Ginger Paste 30 GMS
  • Whole Kashmiri Red Chilli 3 nos.
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat Masala 1 tsp
  • Kadhai Masala 1tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 70 gms
  • Paneer 400 Gms
  • Cubed Onion / Green Capsicum 200 Gms
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1tbsp
  • Green Cardamom Powder
  • Kasuri Methi 2 pinch
  • Cream 100 ml
  • Water – 350 ml

 

Instructions:

  • In a pan take oil, add in the ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Add in the whole red chillies and whole garam masala mix and cook, add in the cubed green capsicum and onions and cook till done. Add in the crushed tomatoes and cook for 10 mins adding in water as required.
  • Add the rest of the dry masala powder and cook. Add in the cashew paste and khova, sugar and cook well adjusting the water consistency. Add paneer cubes and fresh cream and cook further.
  • Finish the gravy with, Kasuri methi, cream and fried red chilly as garnish.
