Pizza Margherita

Ingredients:

  • Kagome Italian pizza pasta sauce – 35 gms
  • Pizza base (thin crust) – 1 (8″)
  • Fresh basil leaves – 5-6
  • Pizza cheese blend – 80 gms (70% mozzarella + 30% cheddar cheese)
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – For seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. In a bowl add in the Kagome Pizza sauce, add 1 tbsp water, and mix well.
  3. Apply the pizza sauce evenly on the pizza base. Spread the cheese over the pizza sauce evenly. Arrange the basil leaves over the cheese and drizzle some olive oil over it.
  4. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 7 – 8 mins till the cheese melts and the lower crust is golden crisp.
  5. With a help of a pizza cutter, cut the pizza into equal sizes. Season well and serve hot.
