Ingredients:
- Kagome Makhani Gravy Base 80 gms
- Boiled mix vegetables 100 gms (cauliflower, carrots, beans, green peas)
- Paneer cubes 30 gms
- Sugar 2-3 gms
- Cashew paste 15 gms (optional)
- Garlic Ginger paste 12 gms (optional)
- Lal degi mirch powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Kasuri methi 2 tsp
- Kitchen king masala 1tsp
- Fresh cream 20 ml
- Butter – 40 gms
- Salt to taste
- Water as Required
Instructions:
- In a pan add in oil / butter, sauté ginger garlic paste. Add in Kagome Makhani Gravy Base and cook further. Add the dry masala powder and cook by adding water slowly as required.
- After a minute add the cashew paste, butter and cream. Adjust salt and sugar as per taste. Finish with Kasuri methi and kitchen king masala and give it a mix.
- Garnish with Cream/butter and fresh chopped coriander.
