Vegetable Makhanwala

Serves: 3-4 nos.

  • Kagome Makhani Gravy Base 80 gms
  • Boiled mix vegetables 100 gms (cauliflower, carrots, beans, green peas)
  • Paneer cubes 30 gms
  • Sugar 2-3 gms
  • Cashew paste 15 gms (optional)
  • Garlic Ginger paste 12 gms (optional)
  • Lal degi mirch powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 2 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1tsp
  • Fresh cream 20 ml
  • Butter – 40 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as Required


  1. In a pan add in oil / butter, sauté ginger garlic paste. Add in Kagome Makhani Gravy Base and cook further. Add the dry masala powder and cook by adding water slowly as required.
  2. After a minute add the cashew paste, butter and cream. Adjust salt and sugar as per taste. Finish with Kasuri methi and kitchen king masala and give it a mix.
  3. Garnish with Cream/butter and fresh chopped coriander.
