  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the Kagome tomato puree to the pan and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the puree and toss to coat the pasta. If the pasta seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve the Aglio Olio pasta in bowls, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
