Tomato Fennel Welcome Drink

Serves: 10

Cooking time: 15-20 mins

Ingredients:

• Kagome Crushed Tomatoes 500 gms
• Fennel Bulb 3 nos.
• Leeks 3 nos.
• Jalapenos pickled 100 gms
• Celery 2 sticks
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together and pass them through a fine mesh, preferably a muslin cloth.
2. Serve the drink chilled, garnish with celery stick and a slice of jalapeno.
