  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions for Shakshuka eggs recipe:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another minute until fragrant.

  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
